Pay Equity

We pride ourselves on paying for performance and conduct an annual pay equity review to ensure that qualifications like years of experience, education and prior work history influence associate pay, not gender. This study, which identified no significant gender pay equity issues, was completed in July 2022 and will continue to be performed annually.

Supplier Diversity

Our commitment to working toward a more just and equitable society inspires us to consider the total impact of our business. Our U.S. Supplier Diversity Program aims to increase domestic spending with suppliers owned by women, racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, disabled individuals or veterans and located in HUBZones, areas the Small Business Administration has designated as historically underutilized.
